Chardonnay

These elegant wines are typical of wines from the cool climate of the Macedon Ranges. They are well structured with high acidity and flavours of stone fruits. Barrel fermentation with many months on the lees is a feature of this wine. Our successes include medals with all chardonnays entered in the Macedon Ranges Wine Exhibition. Although drinking well now, they will benefit from further cellaring.

Pinot Noir

The pinot noirs are well balanced with underlying cherry flavours. The mushroom and earthy aromas, together with the silky mouth feel are indicative of premium pinot noirs.

Macedon (Australian Sparkling - Traditional Method)

The 2007 sparkling, consisting of 65% pinot noir, 35% chardonnay, was released in November 2009. With 2 years on lees it has produced biscuity and bread flavours, yet maintained fruity youthfulness.
